From Ellesmere Port

Take the A5117 from the A41 (Mercury Roundabout) towards North Wales, straight on at the end of the M56 along the A5117 towards North Wales, straight on at the A540 roundabout (Texaco), bear left at the Woodbank lights keeping to the left lane. Take the slip road signed Chester and Flint, turn left at the roundabout towards Chester past what was RAF Sealand, now DARA, 40 mph single carriageway to roundabout. Turn right signed Garden City over the A550, turn off the roundabout over the bridge between the Gateway to Wales hotel and the Leprechaun pub. The driveway is just past the seventh house on the left with a sign on the wall saying Panic…

Go down the driveway and ring at the rear side door of the house.

From  Chester

Take the A548 Sealand road through the Sealand Estate towards Queensferry. Straight on at the Saughall lights, just after the 40 mph sign take the right lane, and go straight on over the roundabout towards Garden City. Turn off the roundabout over the bridge between the Gateway to Wales hotel and the Leprechaun pub. The driveway is just past the seventh house on the left with a sign on the wall saying Panic…

Go down the driveway and ring at the rear side door of the house.

From North Wales Mold

Take the Queensferry road A494 from Mold to Ewloe, take the A494 down Aston Hill (50 mph) towards the M56, cross over the bridge over the Queensferry roundabout (Derestricted). Cross the river Dee with the blue bridge on your left and take the next slip road signed Flint. At the roundabout turn left between the Gateway to Wales hotel and the Leprechaun pub. The driveway is just past the seventh house on the left with a sign on the wall saying Panic…

Go down the driveway and ring at the rear side door of the house.

From North Wales Holywell

Take the A55 towards Chester as far as Ewloe, then DO NOT TAKE THE SLIP ROAD TO CHESTER THAT GOES AROUND ¾ of a circle, carry straight on along the A494 (50 limit) down Aston Hill towards the M56. Cross over the bridge over the Queensferry roundabout (Derestricted). Cross the river Dee with the blue bridge on your left and take the next slip road signed Flint. From North Wales Wrexham (Faster)

Take the A483 towards Chester, at the southern outskirts of Chester turn left at the major roundabout along the A55 towards Conway. Where the slip road towns left towards Mold and Conway, keep straight on towards Queensferry on the A494 (50 limit) down Aston Hill towards the M56. Cross over the bridge over the Queensferry roundabout (Derestricted). Cross the river Dee with the blue bridge on your left and take the next slip road signed Flint. At the roundabout turn left between the Gateway to Wales hotel and the Leprechaun pub. The driveway is just past the seventh house on the left with a sign on the wall saying Panic…

Go down the driveway and ring at the rear side door of the house.

From North Wales Wrexham (Shorter)

Take the A541 Mold Road as far as Cefn-y-Bedd then turn right at the lights onto A550 signed Hawarden and Queensferry. Follow this road straight on all the way into Hawarden. At the monument in the mioddle of Hawarden turn left then 50 yards along fork right at the War Memorial A550 to Queensferry (Speed camera on right, usually facing the other way). At the Queensferry roundabout take the B5129 towards Shotton and keep in right lane for 100 yds. Outside ASDA turn right at the first set of lights to Queensferry and Garden City. Go straight on under the railway bridge and over the river Dee via the Blue Bridge. Carry on until there are playing fields on the left, look out for the Panic… sign on a wall on the right, turn in the driveway and ring at the rear side door of the house.
